There is no monitoring and the work culture is exhausting. Only the one on favourable side of the boss gets to work and others are burdened without any way to complain. Wages are minimum without PF or any other benefits and that to are not paid on time.

The worst office i have ever worked with The seo TL have 0 knowledge She only knows how to play politics with that employees who are not favorites. No good increment. Good for only those who are her favorites. Please change her She do not focus on employee skills but how good are they with her.

It is an excellent place to work, work culture is also very good. People are helpful and there are a lot of career growth opportunities. Overall a very nice experience.

Management could be a little more interactive with employees. Some activities for employees can boost their moods and working also. Proper appraisal and appreciation of the work done can benefit employees and the company.

Interesting actually. Beginning was a bit tough but I guess that's the case for everyone who is new. I have learned everything on the job related to my field. Tasks in various product modules gave me an insight on how to develop new features.
