There is no monitoring and the work culture is exhausting. Only the one on favourable side of the boss gets to work and others are burdened without any way to complain. Wages are minimum without PF or any other benefits and that to are not paid on time.

all deparment managers are very nice and friendly but don't like link department head, she is like jailer no one can complaints against her. she torcher whole team. many harassment complaints and legal complaints against her but still she is working with company my many friends working under her team and they literally crying. they got increment like 500, 1000, 1500rs and if anyone answer her back there increment will hold for 6 month and she said the person is non performer. she has not allow any one to internally promotions.
