Worst Work Environment Ever! Working at this company was nothing short of a nightmare. The work culture is toxic, oppressive, and downright disrespectful to employees. It's almost as if you are treated like a prisoner. Employees have no rights, no voice, and are constantly pressured to conform without any support from the management. If something is wrong, do not expect help or understanding - the management's only concern is making sales, even if that means lying to customers. For freshers it's an amazing platform to learn. You will learn subject perfectly. Just get the job and learn the subject and there Will be one year bond for everyone. You will get joining bonus too

Dislikes

There is nothing much to dislike but if there is EMEA shift it will be better. It's a completely NAM shift. Atleast rotational shift makes comfortable. There is no rotational shift. This is the only drawback.

Don't understand how Sr. managers apgms allowed to handle process remotely and treat apms and employees like hell. How they can judge someone remotely and blame all negative part of the process on new joiners. Then through out the APMs who are backbone of any process. No job security. Lack of peers and management support, unclear expectation at the time of joining and afterwards. No support to sustain in the role. High politics. Not a healthy environment to work. One advice, if you are a person who know how to mold words, things and manipulative then join else avoid it. Otherwise this will cost your career.

Fake promises of Apgm and PGM. They conduct interviews for promotions that too fools of highest management people take them and fail then . PGMs are just good for nothing . They use chat gpt only in office .

Few Management people appointed are worst and human resource person are also not genuine in decision making. Few Management People involve Dinesh Pangera the SPM of the one of the project, he brainwash and ask junior employee to complain and disrespect the direct manager so Manager will not get promotion and reach his level and also play very dirty politics by bringing all personal issue.

All employees who are going to join Dinesh Pangare as a SPM team kindly think twice and ensure you do not get trap as he is the person who has made people down in there carreer and always blame other for there downfall. Like Client, other senior management people and Company at large but real fact is he and only he is the worst and making other down in there carreer.

Manager and management is total demotivated for there process and also they r not supporting and taking any steps to improve work they r taking steps about how to decrease moral of employees and also not properly explain update. Hr also not supporting to employees. HR is always taking manager side not able to understand both side.
