Little relaxation in working hours Generally employees working - 7 to 9 hours out of 10 .

Dislikes

Delay in increment & variables by 8 to 6 months Lack of basic things like internet , wifi , joining kits , uniforms R&D shop floor looks like garage, welding kharkhana . HR and management never reached with employees. Badly behaviour , harassment from managers & HoD ( to avoid direct firing)
