I stared my journey with ECS almost 2 years ago as Oracle Technical Consultant. The work environment is very positive. Getting to work with good team and senior colleagues is an added advantage. I am given sufficient time to deliver my role on projects. The training sessions are very productive.

Dislikes

Like all companies, ECS also has its own set of issues. Some times the work load is heavy and there are times I have not much work. Sometimes my project demands working late into the night. Admin rules are strictly implemented.

I have joined ECS recently and the experience to date has been pretty good. My interview experience was pleasant and the recruiter took me through the entire process. After relocating to Dubai in the year 2023 with my family, I joined ECS post my maternity break. I was conscious and cautious about things around me at first as I was resuming my career post 1.5 years gap but once I was at the floor and met the people, all the fear and consciousness vanished. I have recent relocated from ECS GDC Hyderabad to ECS Dubai for an onsite opportunity. I underwent short training and the manager explained to me the working culture in the new country. The work culture is quite fast-paced and co-workers are quite friendly. Also, the company took care of the relocation bringing down my stress. It is great to work with a new team and place.
