These people are not honest , they will do anything for money and the company has not settled the full and final settlement of many employees . Teammates are awesome. They will help you always when you need. Working environment is also good as you need to work in school timings. That means when school is closed you have holiday with no loss of pay.
Not at all happy with the salary increment. I didn't get salary hike since 4 years. Your work period is based on contract period with school. Career growth depends on only if you are good in sales and communication skills. Very less or negligible interaction with senior authorities.
I was quite satisfied by the school work environment where I was posted. Work timing was comfortable. I was promoted as an Asstt. Manager and worked for two years because of hard work but then they remove that post pan India after 2 years.
Salary release process is very very very poor. (Haven't received 3 months salary even after lot of complaint made). No one pays attention to your grievances. No one in team has decision making capabilities. Managers do not value your potential which demotivates the employee. Please do not spoil your precious time. Educomp was the largest Education Company in India and the only company spread across the entire education ecosystem. I was working with as a Smart Class Coordinator posted in M.G.N Public School, Adarsh Nagar, Jalandhar, There were 77 Smart Classess. The environment of School was very good and the teachers were in shcool very supportive. What I like the most about my job that there were lots of things to learn.
The Company managment was very poor and there was no growth in the Company.
There was nothing in particular that I could really appreciate in the company during my tenure...
There was strong sense of insecurity amongst the employees, salary delays are more than two weeks, there is no visibility of where the organization is headed, at the top level there is much facade of leadership, while the bottom line is hardly inspiring.... There is no appreciation and people focus at all... In fact it's quite insensitive.

CompeCompensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 16 -20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night
