Good work environment and culture. Top management staff are supportive management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

The company does not have a permanent employment. but only keep the basis of project, after completion of the project, the company leaves the employees with give one month advance notice. Hence there is a crisis regarding the furture of the employees.

There is good job security in this company management and work culture is very poor the management is Resident engineers in my division who act like a king and state and order other staff like servant. File management will hear from anybody in our division if he is ruling according to the brutal way. The only management in o is Mark absent for those who are not acting according to him.

Dislikes

The HR team and higher management is absolute silence about the misleading behaviour from resident engineer toward the team and project in the division.If you are buttering and belong to certain community you can avail leave promotion and good increment but if you are not doing the same and not belonging to the same community you can't make any growth in this organisation.

Work Details

It's not good.No matter you have completed your assignment or work,you cannot take leave for serving your family.The biggest hazard is that if you are serving medical treatment for your family persons,you have to show the resident engineer via video call.
