However, I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding the lack of growth opportunities and recognition within the organization during this time. While I takeimmense pride in being part of Ekart's journey, the absence of professional advancement has been discouraging. Many of us on the ground work tirelessly to ensure seamless operations, often going above and beyond to uphold the company’s standards. Yet, the lack of avenues for career progression and acknowledgment of this effort impacts morale and motivation.
