Nothing to like about them unprofessional people, no work ethics, no career growth of you want to waste your time then you can join there, firstly they will ask you to start doing random work as part of training then you have to do whatever work that comes to you because there are no employees in Ekeeda , there is no Hr department and nothing to do with management, students think Ekeeda is a big team of 1000 people but there's only 1 CEO,1HR (HIS WIFE) & @AN AVP🤣 THEY con students by saying they will give placements but 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 they randomly copy paste links from indeed , LinkedIn , Naukri etc and paste it in WhatsApp groups of poor children & ask them to apply, CEO appears with 2 identities on mobile number, what could I say more , CEO is such a fool that in the initial starting job in Ekeeda he says company's valuation is 17000Cr🤣 everyday the process changes , no paper work nothing, Fake Company looting students & Harassing employees by timing 5-6 hours of meeting (useless) because the CEO needs to do (his badai & suffice his ego) , every employee curses ekeeda & especially it's Husband wife duo(Mr CEO & Mrs HR), last line for such Educated illiterate people Yahan Mile ho aur kahi math milna nai toh pitoge🤣😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂...Read More

the only good thing about the job was it was work from home. The pay was pretty good as well.

Dislikes

It was a 6 days with 10 hours working schedule. The job was target oriented and if you fail to complete the target you'll be fired without an advanced notice. they won't even provide experience certificate after you leave the job.

I find a great leadership that thinks employees are company assets. Their growth is company growth. A lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Great benefits and good compensation in the company. Teammates are very friendly and keep motivating each other. Managers are equally helpful and mostly problem solvers instead of naggers.

Dislikes

Since it's constantly changing you need to be up-to-date and adjust your goals and strategies accordingly. Sometimes it gets a bit monotonous to discuss the same things over again regarding pitch and marketing.

Management positions have their own challenges and set of rules that irks sometimes. Although, it's frustrating; however, we need to see the positive side of the coin. Need more flexible work timings and more holidays on festivals.
