Dont join this organisation specially if you are coming from good large corporate. The cultural shock will kill you. Most of the recent reviews are fake mairly to increase the overall rating. Left this organisation within 3 months of working. Attrition is more than 70% It's a proprietary firm controlled by a lady who doesnt have a proper experience of running big organisation. Doens't have a proper management it's just a bunch of idiots running this organisation. All the HODs are just a puppet. Yes Ma'am no Maam kind.
