Teammates are co-operative,Job training provided by company time to time,job security is assured if you work honestly,Career growth expectation is high,salary satisfaction or appraisal depends on performance,travel policy is average,Politics commented by local management if they stay on a place more than three years they work in his own benefit rather than company,Chance of learning is very high,work environment is excellent,Door is always open for an innovative Idea but Work-life balance is too poor.
Career growth expectation is affected by local management they consider a talented person as their arrival and want to separate such a multi skill employees.Local management behavior with his sub ordinate is like a slave (own servant) so local management prefer to make his own group who work for their favor rather than company therefore working environment is affected by this function and work-life balance is also ruined by such a phenomena.
In EMAMI LIMITED i have been working since 12 years without any obstacle.My key point is to work without fear but with honestly always keeping in mind to be a needs of company not a burden.
