Work Culture is the worst. Managing of working is the worst. Bring projects without planning on how much time it will take and then Saturday and Sunday you find yourself in the office. The experiences and expertise of employees are not channeled, Incompetent people get a promotion by doi9ng nothing relevant to the job.

I was not very happy in my initial days here at Embibe. Coming from a stiff corporate background, I felt the environment here was a little chaotic. But soon I realised that it's the energy and enthusiasm with which people work here. Everybody is so aligned with the mission of the company. I think it is because most of us can relate to the very problem Embibe is trying to solve. The work culture is very enabling and empowering. There are ample opportunities to contribute (apart from your designated responsibilities), learn and grow. Mentors & guides will help you in every possible way, even though there are no formal training sessions. And that's why the learning opportunities are more. Unlike big corporates, there is no hierarchy here. You can question anyone and everyone.
