Very disappointing experience. Joined Emcure with high hopes, but the work culture was extremely toxic. Faced sudden changes in attitude from seniors when things got tough. No proper support, especially during union issues. Had to leave within 9 months. Not recommended for anyone seeking a stable and respectful work environment.
