I recently left Enermech,Company was good till 2022 but top management decided to set up shared service in India and later investors of the Company also ran away because of which company is struggling to survive properly from past few years. In India office they have hired some Anguthachhap at top level who don't have skills and experience to be in management position and they are playing with their employees careers through dirty politics and creating toxic work environment. Recently restructuring is happening in the company because of which there are layoffs happening in SSC India I have observed this clearly over these years that at the time of joining no proper JD is given to candidates and no proper training is given. They create confusions because of their mismanagement and outdated processes and obviously in such scenario new person will get confused and will commit mistake.In such situations management put them on PIP extend their probation an later put vacancy on job portal and hire new candidate and fire the old one. i have personally observed this many time that the management is at fault everytime but they shift their mistake on their juniors to use them as scapegoat doesn't matter whether he/she is canteen worker or employee. They present themselves as MNC but there work culture seems to be of some Panwadi shop. With this kind of things going on in this company it is definitely going to shut in future. Person who is interviewing or about to join enermech please beware of this company and don't fall in the Big cunning words of the management at the time of the interview. Being worked as HR for enermech i highly recommend please don't entertain any calls from Enermech they are liars and very good in making false promises (Head of finance especially)....Read More

India is a shared service centre that does not exist in the scheme of things for the top management guys. They seem to consider this place like some condemned cell filled with fools and just run miles away from anything to do with India.This operates like a totally independent entity and is run by 3 cunning people called India management the GM,the finance & ssc head and the HR head who lack capability and competence.They specialise in dirty corporate politics,gossip,rumour mongering and spreading hate among the people.The top management is well aware of everything but chooses to be a dumb spectator because they are clueless of what they actually want or maybe they dont want India at all.Bullying, high employee turnover,no JD,no appraisals, no induction, low employee morale is considered normal here.If you are willing to be buttering the people who are favorites to the SSC head and nod in agreement to everything wrong and tell several lies in support of the India management to the top management you will get 100% increment as well as retention bonus in lakhs of rupees and work from home ,if not you will get 0% and be targeted for nothing. This place will bring down your self confidence to the bottom. They lure you with high salaries and designation and get qualified people to work as glorified data entry clerks and report to people who have neither education nor experience.. -Management here is corrupt and unskilled and their main job is to safeguard themselves and let their juniors suffer . -They hire employees initially without doing any research and later they put them on PIP and mentally harass them so they resign and if they don't then they give illogical reason and fire them. -Office is pathetic no hygiene is maintained many times Acs and servers are not working and no one is bothered to get their timely maintenance done. -Lots of womens are hired here whose main job is to form group and do bitching and spread toxic environmental in office. -Lots of favouritism is shown towards AP and fixed asset team by their management. -No meeting are conducted here especially with IC roles. -Process here are outdated and manual and no plans are there to update them even after some doing restructuring in every 2-3 years. -Perfect example of mismanaged and culture of corrupt MNC where head of finance is hired in India shared service centre without prior experience and Degree. -Favouritism is to much in India office especially with Mayura and priyanka. -Company is making loss as a result restructuring keep on happening in this company as a result there is no job security here. -They hire employees without doing proper analysis then they realise that we don't need them then the employee is placed on PIP then they play politics to fire them(Atul Gulati and Chetan Mistry is master in this technique). -Office is poorly maintained , washroom stinks a lot,no housekeeping facilities in India office. -Management doesn't take stand in India SSC and their main motive is to keep themselves safe and let their subordinates suffer. What an unprofessional organization Enermech is 1) On Naukri.com they advertised that there is an opening in Procurement process. 2) I applied and my face to face interview was scheduled 3) Their Procurement TL Pushkar who himself was not aware of the process interviewed me. That person was not even looking at my face. Just kept looking my CV. 4) Then again after some days Manager Chetan took my 2nd round and it went well too. 5) I got selected and they asked me to submit all my experience letter, documents, payslips. I submitted the same. 6) Then after 15 days my background verification was also done. 7) & now after a month they are telling me that the opening for procurement process got rejected by the management. I dont understand 1 thing if the process does not require any employee then why they are wasting employees time by advertising it in naukri.com. I stay in badlapur my so much of time money energy got wasted and also the employees who was working there were continuously bitching about the management in the reception. Horrible experience. Pls pls pls dont waste your time at enermech. I read all the other reviews yesterday unfortunately. If I would have read all the reviews before my interview then definitely I would have not wasted my time. Very disappointed...Read More
