Management doesn't care much unless there is escalation. Apart from leads are very busy Dont bother to reply they will set the KPIs + client side work.

Work is good, if you get the right project. Salary can be competitive if you have other offers.

When I joined the quality of projects were good. Recently a lot of low quality projects are coming into the organization, and if you get any such project you have to stay in that project for a minimum of 1 year before you can request for a project change.

Epam alongwith good work promotes learning and development environment by launching various programs to excel specially in the area of cloud computing and GenAI.

Client round interview will be taken after getting into the company. That is one of the bad things. Some times to get client interview will take time. They will they have hybrid model but based on client policies we need to go to office.
