I have joined EPAM as a fresher and I am grateful to be herr. EPAM promotes a healthy work environment where you can reach out to anyone for support. If you are good at your work, you will grow here. Epam alongwith good work promotes learning and development environment by launching various programs to excel specially in the area of cloud computing and GenAI.

There has been nothing much to dislike honestly. I have got quality work and healthy-competetive work env which helped me grow.

Dislikes

Company keeps changing their policy when appraisal time comes. Even if hike is given that is too less. Hike should be given starting 1st April but they have postponed it to next quarter from July.
