I like the learning opportunity and transparency is the process.

Dislikes

There is no job security; they have hired me for a practice that they were able to establish, and not able to offer sufficient opportunities as per my skills. Due to a lack of opportunities, they have asked a few colleagues to leave. Even Managers don't connect on regular basis, and internal employees are suggesting to change the job within 6 months.

EPAM as a company is very good. But everything depends on what client is assigned to you. After thay it would be pretty much about you and the client.

Dislikes

In some projects there is no visibility at all. Sometimes you feel like there is no EPAM in between you and the client. Feel all alone especially in project where you are a single person army.
