There is nothing to like apart from compensation paid

Dislikes

You have to be in a project to get complete salary else you will get paid only base salary. Agressive hiring doesn’t matter if they have the projects or project will exist for long run. So they fire candidate's sighting silly reasons if there are no projects no matter if you have joined 2 months back only. The kind of projects theyhave the skills expectations are too high I have seen people couldn’t land project for months and they were thrown out forcibly. List is big won’t stop here.
