Dislikes

The management is ineffective and fails to consider the agent's perspective. They frequently shift agents between processes, forcing them into roles that don't align with their skill set, and later terminate them for underperformance. Many managers lack knowledge and understanding of the processes, relying heavily on the agents who actually handle the work and interact with clients. Favoritism is evident, and when agents face issues or difficulties, no support is provided. Even the HR department is aware of the problems but seems powerless to assist, appearing helpless themselves. Additionally, there is no pick-and-drop facility, and the office is located in a remote, isolated area. Basic amenities like drinking water, restrooms, and the cafeteria are poorly maintained....Read More

I had a very disappointing interview experience with this company. They made me wait for over 3 hrs for interviews that lasted only 10-15 mins each. Even after wasting so much time, they haven't given any update- its been more than 2 weeks with no response. A simple yes or no would have shown basic courtesy. They seem more focused on target hitting than actually teaching and guiding candidates. If they expect professionalism from applicants, they should practice it to. I would not recommend anyone going through this frustrating process....Read More

Services are Good and professional approach with the Client. Work Life Balance. Timely login and Timely logout. Managers are supportive and Guide to close deals.

Increment is very less. Poor Incentive Structure. Targets geting increase without any prior notice. Poor HR Policy and Strict timing culture. Travel allowance is not uptodate as per market standard. All policies are company centric not employee centric.
