Against many popular opinions, except coming across a few toxic individuals here and there, my overall experience has been an exceptional one. The leave policy is great in comparison to what I have experienced in IBM and Oracle Financials previously. The opportunities are immense and the compensation is above my expectations in comparison with IBM and Oracle Financials.
Promotions above manager levels get difficult to get sponsors. Work does get exhaustive at times and one needs to find balance between what we want vs what is available.

They provide hybrid mode but whenever you need work from home even for medical emergency they ask so much evidence and validate from their doctor team. And make it so much complex so that you stop asking for.
Company asks for 11 hours of works on official note in busy season without paying any extra compensation and benefits. That 11 hours of works takes 14 -15 hrs.Apart from busy season you have to work 11 hrs No travel allowance No food allowance,also high charges in cafeteria

I've been part of the team at EY for 3 years, and while the company's culture is generally positive, I feel it's important to address a concern that has recently come to light. I have noticed what appears to be an inappropriate relationship between a manager and a junior team member. This has led to what seems like favoritism, including the junior being promoted ahead of more deserving candidates and even being asked to take interviews, which traditionally is a task for more senior personnel. Moreover, in my experience, promotions have been halted based on vague and unfounded feedback, with no clear explanation or opportunity for improvement provided.
