I have cleared 2 rounds of technical interview with EY for data engineering role, my current salary is 11.5 LPA, they said they will give maximum hike 22% from my fixed salary and 20% Variable pay at the end, HR said this is the max they can do. my work experience 7 years, 3 years data analyst role and last 4 years in data engineering role.
