I've been part of the team at EY for 3 years, and while the company's culture is generally positive, I feel it's important to address a concern that has recently come to light. I have noticed what appears to be an inappropriate relationship between a manager and a junior team member. This has led to what seems like favoritism, including the junior being promoted ahead of more deserving candidates and even being asked to take interviews, which traditionally is a task for more senior personnel. Moreover, in my experience, promotions have been halted based on vague and unfounded feedback, with no clear explanation or opportunity for improvement provided. This inconsistency in the promotion process, coupled with perceived favoritism, is impacting team morale and creating an environment of distrust. I hope that EY takes these concerns seriously and investigates the matter to ensure that promotions are based on merit and that all employees have a fair chance to advance their careers in a professional, ethical environment....Read More

WLB - 0, no one will listen to anything you say, you'll have to provide deliverables during IST, EST and all applicable known timezones - basically round the clock 3. Promotions - nothing, unless you go to Bangalore office and become a PA to a senior manager 4. Hikes - 3% as per 2023

Everyone who is reading this review please rate this company as one star on the whole platform so that day and companies like them have to change their work cultures totally an order to be employee centric and not it to be business centric. The government and labour ministry is just a puppet of these corporates. They are never goingto change the loss MB benefit of the employees. Here is no scheduled working hours in the labour laws and overwork King hours are not also paid. No Job security EY Completely depending on DELL Client , Every year Dell have Layoffs ( Only EY people loosing their jobs not Permanent Dell employees ) Once you come to bench , there will be no projects ready, even if you wait for months you wont get single call , some fake microsoft client calls they will schedule and they will start asking you indirect resignation in starting ,later on they will force you to resign. Variable pay is biggest Joke , i completed 2 years not even single rupee i got for 2 years . Note- My performance is too good , feedback from client , dell management/managers wants their permanent emp so they will release you , no matter how good you are My Sincere advice to people who are looking for jobs , please dont join in EY if they tell client is DELL ,just say No otherwise you should ready to face consequences as like me and many of us ....Read More
