Nothing is good ...they have pure bpo culture and micro management. If you raise your voice against anything you will be on pip and if you need good appraisal, leave approval then you need to praise your manager everytime like others do

It's a well established organisation in the industry. But there is no factor for me to like working at EY

Dislikes

1. Highly unorganised projects, unrealistic deadlines, and all time building work pressures (asking for leaves or even leaving early for personal work seems to be a big ask) 2. The managers on most of the projects are not concerned about providing support to team members leading to direction less output 3. Most of the time is spent on firefighting to understand the scope of work/way to deal with a particular client/to seek on the job support- which is a bare minimum expectation from the managers to provide it to employees, but is never fulfilled! 4. Not the best organisation in terms of work ethics because nobody follows the policy here at all. But good thing about that is company is understandable. Leaves, compensation and other benefits are of 0 worries

Worst part is the work life balance. You either have 100% work work work with 0% personal life. Or you resign and enjoy your break.

They don't provide any KT prior to any project. They don't provide any support from higher side. They assume that you already knows everything. They don't give you any project. You have to beg for it otherwise they will put you on a bench and then make you resign

EY is a great place to work. I feel work life balance is good here but depends on project to project. There are a lot of scope for career growth. Compensation and increment are good compared to other service based company but it depends on an individual and company performance.

The whole manager group works on the mentality of working 2r hours for the company. They do not want people to have their personal lives and will push people out of the organization who try to bring a positive change or voice their opinions about the horrible management.

Likes

The management is relaxed in terms of granting the leaves even if it is unplanned. No one disturbs during off time and after office hours. People are around to provide helping hand whenever stuck. Hikes and bonus is better than most companies around.

Dislikes

Lesser projects with better technologies and lesser growth opportunities in terms of tech stack. Many legacy applications are still operative which requires people to work on legacy technologies.
