On time Salary.
Micromanagement of the key people in the respective project location. The adopted dogmatism work culture and irrelevant work allocation to the resources are causing very negative impact in the individual's career. Further the team leader & the Senior personnel are very unprofessional & harmful in nature which is not desirebale in a company like they claimed as a so called 'Big4'. The Job at EY pushes you to improve. Compensation is better than other firms.
No Worklife balance. You are on your own (might vary as per project or team). Freshers are given proper training and deployed to the project creating a burden on others. You won't get work satisfaction as aim is to complete the task as fast as possible. Emphasis is given on the quick delivery rather than a good solution.

Unless you complete your job , nobody is gonna question you. I really enjoyed the work life balance. Being a mother of a 3 year old, the company has given me the opportunity to balance both professional and personal life. The recognition of work is extraordinary. Great minds to learn from.
You have to extend your working hours sometimes even on weekends. Once you learn the work, this is not a problem Gift vouchers, fun events and team outings could be done more often.

Lots of tracker prepared only one sided communication is heard of any wrong escalation is come from onshore side no body in the gds who can challenge the onshore and less opportunity to work in the complex area. Instead of work people are running behind hours if the work is not come from the local side then it will also consider against gds member why the hours are dropped .

Too many clients are to be handled with different managers. No work life balance. Poor communication. People manager level don’t care what are people below them facing issues.
