Very bad experience in the company. Work culture is bad in most of the teams and i would say 90% teams the culture is toxic. Coming to the company policies, even if its not employee friendly thats fine. But its employee toxic. You get zero variable pay even if you have worked the whole assessment period. Employee should not be in notice period when variable pay is credited and not decided. So technically only after may1 you can put ur papers and already you would have spent 45% of assessment year. Plus 3 months notice period is compulsory. Every policy framed by the company is so bad....Read More

No career growth.A person without any technical skills is made Lead, Module lead. Director doesn't care if lead impose his tasks to juniors starting petty reasons like wife sick , daughter unwell always. Also HR is just brain dead showpiece which is puppet of the dumb directors.

Company became too worse day by day. It's no more a product based company. Company culture spoiled alot. Recently many people are being fired. Even some of high profiles like SD, MD are fired. It's going in loss and people still trying to fake employees by giving fake hope.

1. Very very old technologies are being used. Thats very true. Learning is zero. You will have to spend hell alot of time in solving production issues and explaining to people why it's happened. 2. Many programs don't even have good budget to hire senior folks to handle the team. Everyone are freshers. You will have to explain the technology you don't even know. 3. Job security is 0. 4. Annual appraisal is very bad. 5. No on-site opportunity. No hike no appraisal. 6. 15 years 20 years experienced employees who doesn't even interested in learning new technologies very willing to spend their rest of their life this stupid technologies like vb.net wpf 7. I request anyone to not join this company for any reason and spoil your life....Read More
