1. Very old technologies 2. Fake promises made to retain employees. 3. No consistency in one project. Managers are in a favour of only hand picked people. Only there are able to grow in programs. 4. Poor appraisal like 4% - 7% even though ur salary is very less than other folks in the same program. 5. Don't join this company by looking in colorful numbers in ur offer Letter. Don't lose ur future.
