Nothing to like I would request all the jobseekers, avoid this one because you will end up doing monitoring and taking client calls after probation regardless of your skill sets.

I have been working here for about 2 years no appraisal. All the system engineers here are taking calls to raise tickets for L2 and L3 working in 24/7 shifts whereas System engineers are interviewed for windows administrations profiles. As an SE I have been working here in multiple projects (monitoring & BPO) in day night shifts including weekends. My core job is to handle back to back calls and emails from different locations in USA and create tickets and assign to concerned team.

Have secured job unless low performer, good work culture, supportive management and decent policies at company and employees get right support whenever required.

Salary/appraisal was not so great last year and that might be COVID-19

My director and the way he trains us, job security. He gives me the choice as far as career growth is concerned. Excellent appraisal.
