Work life is good. But if you are billable then employee can stay without stress.

Dislikes

The clients rapidly send employees to bench and the bench policy is horrible here. They are planning to lay off 400 people overall and 70 from India. No job security here. Employee has to work in complete stress

Most of the projects are maintenance/support. If u are lucky then u may get a chance to learn something new if client asks to re-write the whole application using new tech stack. Favoritism is there, No proper cafeteria

some people behave very unprofessional. Their way of taking is rude. Some people also do partiality. They try to defame them by playing dirty tricks. Even if you go to washroom also, some people (basically one particular PL of a project) judge you and ask plenty of unnecessary and absurd questions. No on-site opportunities.
