Work life is good. But if you are billable then employee can stay without stress.

Dislikes

The clients rapidly send employees to bench and the bench policy is horrible here. They are planning to lay off 400 people overall and 70 from India. No job security here. Employee has to work in complete stress

I have spent more than 9 years there and I found it as a very good company in Chandigarh. I have learned a lot while working there. Company policies are people driven. Work culture is too good as compare to companies which are working with US. I have not seen any job risk working with the company. You can give enough time to your family while working there.

Evry was early known as Span Infotech. Now, recently it got to merge with Tieto and became TietoEvry. When I joined, it was Span and a very good culture with perks and benefits. Over the years, all the perks and employee benefits we snatched, and the only minimal amount was kept as Employee share. The office got shifted with GV which was very good with nice infra in place.

Dislikes

No good hike over 5 years of my work. I got just 2.0 LPA salary hikes that took with some variable pay. Projects are very much volatile and legacy applications.

My work was basically a Full-stack developer and with Migration activities.
