No good hike over 5 years of my work. I got just 2.0 LPA salary hikes that took with some variable pay. Projects are very much volatile and legacy applications.

During my tenue at SPAN, I had the opportunity to meet good colleagues who are now great friends. Some of them are exceptionally talented.

In the last 5-6 years things had drastically changed. The CEO, HR, senior management had no respect for existing employees. There only aim was to bring in new employees at a much higher salary and designation irrespective of their competencies. Most of the new hires were out of touch with technology. Ramamohan, Sharan, Bhat, etc. and others have never won a deal for the company but will be bossing over employees who have built the company by winning and managing some very good clients over the years.
