The Management is pathetic, they treat their employees very badly. Evening will be entirely consumed with work and they will never appreciate your hard work. Their is no job security at all.

The leadership is very toxic, they will never appreciate your hard work and they will use their dirty politics to find flaws in your work and make you feel under confident. The appraisal cycle is very partial and your salary will never be justified. Their HR representative are very rude and they will never help you with anything. You have to take permission from your manager for literally everything and there is lots of micromanagement....Read More
