Good for fresher to get experience and some projects provides WFH and super exit management literally no one cares even cares even top performer or key employees resigns not even arrange exit interview nor sendup. (Added this in good side because even if they try to retain all are fake promises and emotional play)

Dislikes

Poor management (you are just trash no one listen to ideas 💡nor feedbacks) , promotion after waiting for 2+ years is mandatory sometimes responsibility increases after promotion not salary a bit (dry promotion), No development for years even after proving yourself.

The work environment is very good prosess is very nice managers, and team members of the organisation are very helpful. Cab facility was great with full security for womens. I was satisfied working with EXL my skills has been improved.

Dislikes

Pramotion are quite late and salary bar should increase for the employees.

As an organisation EXL may be good but the process under which I worked was pathetic and the manegement sucks.

Dislikes

The toxic culture, they don't pay the same amount to employees who have been working hard here from last 4-5 years but they pay the current market payout to the new employees
