You can learn, since everything is thrown at your plate as a beginner. Salary is competitive to the market, but promotions and hikes are non existent unless willing to pulling 24*7 rotational shifts and brutally long hours. Mon to Fri role. Occasional Sat/Sun work due to work load.

Long hours; 12-18 hours on average. Hostile work environment. Non existent when it comes to career growth.

For Associate/Senior Associate level employees, there is no visibility to what's happening in exl. Even small updates has to be heard from Team lead on what's app group. No access to Outlook, no access to hr updates, no access to csr activities. Everything has to informed by manager. No encouragement to enroll in skill development programs.

Promotion and Salary hikes are Pathetic!!! Upper leadership are the real world blood sucking worms, they don't hesitate even if they could suck 10 rupees from you...I haven't seen the level of cost cutting in any other company compared to what EXL have...very degraded corporate culture..!!!!
