Exotel + Ameyo + Cogno got meged after that almost all leadership and mid management of Ameyo and Cogno has left or fired. The company was burning a lot of cash now as per news exotel has just started making profit in the books. Thought from a learning, innovation and growth perspective few roles are good. Frequent change in Sales Starategy. Pricesly each quarter comapny changed their sales strategy and each account manager was getting new set of accounts so it became very difficult for customer or sales account manager to build a positive relationship. Moreover the ring fencing of accounts among sales AM has done some injustice thatfew AM got good set of accounts and some are still struggling with those set of accounts. Job Security was the horrible at one point of time so people left with anxiety and eventually a lot man power left the job....Read More

Leadership level doesn’t have vision on what is the next 3 years plan. Biased leadership where procurement team is one of the worst and leads and takes all technical responsibility which is worst and bringing down the company reputation badly and still everyone support is it isn’t funny and still everyone is fine to go with flow hahaha… Instead of concentrating on there work and improvement few leadership are interested on another team works and provide a feedback as they knew everything… but in actual reality either they don’t do there work and allows other to do their work....Read More

The colleagues are kinda mixed bag. Sometimes supportive and mostly not. Food quality is decent. Office timing is flexible, but 60% office attendence is compulsory. Else you might get off boarded .

Dislikes

When Exotel merged with Ameyo and Cogno AI, nothing about this company remained right. They barely provide any increment to the companies. You will work under very high pressure. And for some teams, your teammates will be barely available to help you. You'll just become alone and frustrated at the end.
