Company Culture is good. They provide flexible time. Moreover good salaries, proper work station.

Dislikes

The reporting manager is a psycho. He asks to do 2 month's work in 2 hours. Extremely toxic person. He always insults his team. He continuously compares the workforce with Google and Microsoft. However, he forgot that EY is paying less than one-third of what Google and Microsoft pay to their employees. I really want to quit this jobnot because of this company's policies, but for this toxic psycho. Even he asks to work for 12-14 hours every day in a week. Even he asks to work even in weekends also....Read More

Dislikes

They don't have a proper organisational hierarchy. Only considering clients, does have zero care about employees. Some indecent managers are sitting on the top doesn't have any technical knowledge can only micromanage and escalate. No work life balance, hardly any skill development. Very bad work culture.

Culture is really good. Good progressions and promotions. Don't need to visit office 5 days a week.

Dislikes

Too much work pressure. No work life balance. Though promotion and progression is good but hike is average. Mostly working as counterpart of onshore EY team. So they are out sourcing the repetitive and mind numbing tasks to EY GDS India. So work satisfaction is zero for me.
