Bias attitude throughout. No appreciate for hardworking people. If you are outspoken & honest, you are always in trouble. People who are involved in fraudulent practices can still happily work if bosses are happy with them. You do unethical stuff right under your superior 's nose but if you are manipulative, no one can harm you in Fareportal. People wearing shabby clothes with offensive slangs are seen in every area of Fareportal. Only talks about revenue, no one cares about office environment. The company has no respect for hardworking people, does not promote them when they apply for IJP's . Gives some or the other excuse & rejects them. People in operations who can't take 1 call properly & have poor code of conduct have been internally promoted as Assistant managers . Employee relations team is the worst in Fareportal....Read More

Opportunity to grow due to lack of competition as they hire from the bottom of the table. If working for operation then have the opportunity to earn well but its not ethical.

Fareportal is a fairly new company. It is not employee centric. Lack policies and procedures. Lacks planning and systematic approach very unorganized.If talk about leaves they only believe in adjusting week-offs.

Food in company premises at very nominal rate, Cab facility is provided at appropriate price, Job Security in normal times though they fired employees during Covid-19 pandemic,Management is approachable, and work life balance is really good. You'll be rewarded if you work well and deliver results.

First and foremost work culture. If you are laid back who wants to enjoy doing nothing during the office hours, this is the best place for you. Interanl Politics within teams and managers too much the Company owners and very high management is just a dust that does not know how to talk to employees. Fareportal is definitely one of the least employee centric company. It is full of Bias, Favouritism and terrible work culture. There is no work life balance. The Employee Relations department is there for namesake and they don't do anything for the employees. If you ask for a few leaves you'll have to give them the entire plan of what you're doing on those leave days without any concern about your privacy. There are 100 of reason for dislike. I was working on this company from May 2019 to June 2021. When the first wave of company hit... So called CEO of Fareportal Mr. sam Jain sent an email that I will take my salary as Rs. 1 per month till this pandemic will get over but will not fire anyone from company and to the very next moment approx 250 people got an email that you are no longer part of this company. Then after sometime approx 200 people they kept on Leave without pay till further notice so we have to resign out of choice. The manager and team leaders are helpful. They have work from home option which is good.

The human resource team is pathetic. They will literally make you beg for a simple email. HR rep Ankita Rathod was not helpful and gave wrong information in regards to resignation formalities.Also policies in regards to attendance and docking of employees salary is very unprofessional and borderline cruel.
