The other departments are fine but the finance department culture is the worst. There is bais in all way. There is policy like on role employment and off role employment where in finance department is worst at handling , the salary for off role employees are late… though working in finance there is financial slavary at each month pay coz it’s delayed .

Worst for promotion and recognition only fevourism culture is promoted here. Form last 1.5 years I am working under another department and another position rather than my regular but till date confirmation letter not given for departmental change and position change. (This is not about me there are too many examples)
