View AllCompany having a great work culture as they provide you flexible shift as per your need also team members, managers are so supportive and company organizes fun friday and indoor games for refreshing the mood of employees, communication with higher level members is so easy as you can directly speak to them , without any hindrance.
Company do not have hybrid and longer days work from home policy also they do not take you for group travel or outing.

What I like most in this company that, The directors and management is down to worth. The company has such environment where employees learn and develop new skills during their day to day job. Employee engagement is so amazing right here that is every employee is able to connect with HOD's and Higher management don't hesitate to treat their employees gently. All teams work with harmony between each others.
They provide wfh very rarely and believe in completing working hours daily.

The work environment is very good here. People on the floor are very helpful. Managers are also very supportive. The company also provides food service to all the employees. You can easily talk to HR team regarding your concerns.

Most important thing is Time management, which all employees following. company provide meals coupons which are very important for every employee.Time to time a fun activity are organised at fun Friday, this will helps us to release some pressure of workload.
