I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There are many issue I'm mentioning it here if you got an offer from this company: -working hours are going to be long, you have to complete your tasks then only you can go to your home -No payments for the extra working hours -your future in this company will be based on project you get if you're lucky then it's good otherwise theywill torture you by assigning more tasks - No job security -At induction they'll try to fool you by saying good things only like no politics and all things -No work life balance and many more..........Read More
