Whole management is completely worst. Sales pressure is too high and management can sac any employee any time. Since they have paid the penalty to client management is recovering that cost by reducing incentives.

I recently had a very horrific experience with Firstsource. I had given my interview through Naukri.com. I even got the offer letter after being selected for NBS process. After that, HR Prajakta Sawant kept delaying my joining date in the name of pending verification from my previous company, which was all big LIES. The HR Prajakta told me that batch is closed for NBS and I cant join due to pending verification and asked to join a different process called Comcast, for which she said me to give ANOTHER INTERVIEW. They were telling lies after lies. Fact was that HR Prajakta and Firstsource hadn't sent for any verification to my previous company. I got to know about the delay when I called on my own. They didn't even care to inform me about the delay. They kept me waiting for weeks even when I have their offer letter. UNPROFESSIONALISM was at peak when I went to their office to ask them, the HR Prajakta Sawant with her senior HR, told me lies that I created a scene in their office. They were not even ready to listen to what I was asking and continuously shifting the blame on me and my previous company. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, they kept diverting the topic and refused to listen to the truth. I worked for 9 years I wish never fell sick. The management at that time did not allow me to rest but overall First source is an awesome company. I would love to join again.

Unless you get into sky process, please don't opt unless you're a fresher. Firstly the pay is less than market value and they will keep changing your process as per their requirements. While the changes they do not consider any incentives amount and pay you less than the previous process! Too much politics in a few processes, how hard you work doesn't make any difference.

After serving them 2 years, sincerely they couldn't rehire me, they stated to much unplan leaves, people will take unplanned leaves only in medical emergency not for fun can medical emergency can be planned to apply leaves in priority. FSL management should understand this, employee had served 2 years common.

Nothing I like in the Firstsource Management is not good and not good cafertia. Deducated Breaks 30 mintues for 2 times you should not exceed the breaks and system is not good but you should login timely.

Management is not Good. Before training they will tell you will get very good incentives and when you will perform really time work. the incenticves will be deducated
