As a company flipkart is good but not the HR team

Central HR team is worst, in the name of diversity they ruin talent and Managers still follow taking credit of the team. they hire contract HR for fulfilling work and terminate them if we question regrading work burnout. Managers in HR team need to upskill their talent than sitting on 90's culture of sourcing and hiring

As an organization it's good

But the most important thing is, too much politics, too much gossips, and partiality with Diversity. Even after having adequate leaves you can't ask for it. Management is biased towards those who are buttering them.

I like its benifits, leave, team culture.

Internal management not bother about the employee's thought, and value. Managers are always prefer there references. Policy book is there but management are not want to here a single word from the employee's which are given in policy, untill higher managements are not involved.

Lot of Politics, no vision on future by leadership, people joined earlier are just chilling and have created a government like culture with lot of bureaucracy, nothing moves quick in e commerce company like flipkart, which is contrary to the business model

Team is very friendly including my director

Other mangers except my team are very rough towards their employee also sometimes we work for 10-11 hours atleast 4 times a week even though they are not satisfied. If you work good everything will be thrown towards you, I feel stuck and also so little learning.
