For reasons, the employees face mid career crisis.. career stagnation and saturation are inevitable for ambitious employees.. there is no active and proficient Gen Y in the company at higher managment level because 1. Gen X is the believed to be most competent and 2. Management and Gen X do not think on needs and requirement of Gen Y.
