5 Days work + Alternate Friday off. Lots of learning opportunity due to their In-house Fluor University portal. Salary is fine

Dislikes

Hierarchy as per experience wise very absurd. None of factors available for IT exemption in salary str. Projects viability is poor. Superficial dialogues from management all the time for their efforts in bringing works. Completion high and their choosy nature towards job is not making business rather doing hope only. Mainly, Contracts Department jesa koi kaam hi nahi hai.

Work life balance is the best thing at Fluor We have saturday sundays plus alternate fridays off Your manager or senior will never ask you why do you want leave or sorry you can’t get one.. and those corporate things so good to go in that also Job security is also there.. I have never seen any one getting fired for no reason.

Dislikes

Appraisals and promotions are delays since there are very small teams at fluor. Plus there are strict working hours {9.30 hours each day including 30mins of break}

We get alternate Friday off and also have very good Policy of taking leaves unlike other companies.

There is no cab and games facility available in the office and also WFH is genrally not provided when it can be provided easily depending on Work type we have.
