Team collaboration is often hindered by favoritism and a lack of professional respect from certain senior-level management. Constructive communication is limited, and concerns raised by team members are frequently overlooked. Additionally, the involvement of multiple levels of leadership, including cluster and regional HR managers, in internal politics affects overall morale and team effectivenes. There were concerns regarding professionalism and mutual respect among employees. Instances of inconsistency between verbal support and formal actions created a sense of mistrust. Additionally, internal politics and a lack of transparency in certain managerial practices, particularly in the QHSE department, affected the work culture.
