Product training knowledge I good but requires more attractive ways to know each product on a day basis then a person can learn about a single product.

Dislikes: There was no fixed salary system and to work as an employee first you have to buy their products of 28000 and then on every team bonus to get you have to buy products of rs 11000 so theirs nothing to earn in a stable way

Need help in negotiation
My current in-hand is 80k/m (9.5 LPA) in a product based company. Got an offer of 15 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed) from Wipro in Bengaluru. However, I currently stay at home and the office is very close. so everything is saved. What should I do? Should I negotiate with wipro for a higher salary (how much) or should I ask for a hike at my current organisation or should I keep on looking for other opportunities?
