Lately there has been frequent org rearrangements. Managers are never satisfied. Team changes are with immediate effect and quarter reviews are reduced. Managers are more focussed on delivering unattainable ETAs. Career growth wise feels like we are stagnant. All this can vary depending on the team you are in and how your manager is.

Freshworks is a recreation of your college days! You will have to move on after 3 or 4 years The dynamics of the company will change quarter to quarter, you should be open to change at any time, heading into a corporate company setup

Change in leadership Change in executing the strategy Lack of product vision One company wants to do everything and failing miserable Appraisals and heirachy does not make any difference. The salary difference is huge.

Language barrier is there. If you are at Chennai office specially at IC to middle management level, people tend use Tamil, which is a really restrictive thing for a company trying to grow internationally and restricts the talent pool the company could be hiring from.

1) A little bit of politics and Partiality with female employees, equality factor is missing! 2) Change in processes is very frequent and disturbing 3) Salary is comparatively low, you cannot justify your work and it goes all to vein if you don't take initiatives, so why do we have management at first place ?
