Management is very poor , they will change the policy at any time.
They taken like no bench policy after 2.5 years they bring bench policy due fund no coming from japan and no project, they put only 45 days time period instead of 90 days.

Hello Everyone, I am having an experience of 4.6 years in End user computing(IT), tools like sccm , Intune.
I am confused as I am holding two offers both is for the same location.
Agreeya - 12 LPA Fixed

I have heard good reviews about Fujitsu but not sure about Agreeya as there are not as many positive reviews.
Also, how should I negotiate with the fujistu team regarding the latest 12LPA offer that I am holding? Should I do that or it can backfire me?

Dislikes: No work life balance during practice session before going live, not allocating resources properly for sharing work load. Rude manager, extreme work pressure, wont be able to use toilet even if you are at your own home and room, extended working hours without any compensation, higher level management is not cooperative
