I strongly advise job seekers to avoid applying to Fulcrum Digital. I went through three rounds of interviews, submitted all the required documents, and was told the client round would happen on Monday. After that, the company completely ghosted me. I called and messaged the HR representative Ramamnan multiple times — no response atall. Not even a courtesy message to update the status of my application. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for candidates' time and effort. If this is how they treat potential employees during the hiring process, I can only imagine what the work culture might be like. Please think twice before applying here. Dislikes

Need to improve to share actual experience especially at Functionalities of a business either from Own side or Client side.
