Office located near to Metro Station and Bus stop. Commute is easy.

Salary is very low and there is no pay parity. Appraisals are brutal and hikes are very less if you are a low level employee. Targets are intentionally designed to be non-achievable and even if achieved incentives are very less. Work culture is very bad as old timers are not at all open to juniors and new comers.
