As I had been fortunate enough to join the early part of its operations in India way back in 2008 it has been a wonderful experience working with them. I found my self at the place where I learnt many things and progressed from first line sales person to Regional Head. The current top management is highly professional and supportive and we look forward to take FG Life to new heights soon!
only one thing as I have seen 5 CEOs in 9 years and because of this, the progression of the company has been not that fast till date. The current top mgt team is all set to take FG to new highs!
I manage the corporate sales for North & East of India
The leadership team is very supportive, a lot of exposure is given to you as an individual.
The culture of the company specially when it comes to other departments there is no syncronization. It is more of an audit centric culture than customer centric. Also there is absolutely no parity in conpensation to its employees a Manager is paid almost 50% more CTC than a Sr. Manager. HR needs to have a policy on compensation basis the band of employees
Its very hectic the systems are very poor and processes are lenghtly ususally you end up spending lot of time in office even on weekend and holidays which affects your health as well as your social relationship with family and friends
Actullay i have entered into FGI as Associate - TP Claims under vendor company IKYA , Basically i have native of Visakhapatnam, and working with the company at Bangalore at Less Salary of Rs 16000/- there is big task to living cost at bangalore. So that i return to home town. otherwise there was no problems in Future Generali. i get more working knowledge and company culture etc.. in the FGI there is 99% Career Growth and Opportunities , Work Satisfaction is 100%
my side nil ..... Because i am Off - Roll Employee
Back End Data entry , Claim Notes Preparation , Document Verification etc...
Training is all over good but career growth is very slow and terrible, salary and appraisal also not their enough, politics is high upto sky limit,no innovation,work-life balance is average, teammates are good but supervisor are looking for all their own profit.
Biggest demerit of future generali is they all are in following traditional work style all are unskilled and politics is up to high level Management. job security is not their and pressure is always high on every front line sales people.
I am working as relationship manager and my job profile is front line sales
Working with Future Generali is fantastic since company is always keep in mind while taking any decisions the betterment of its employees. The company is always in thinking of having updated technology.
There is a work pressure since entire work i alone have to handle
My work at Future Generali is little bit challenging I have to cover or look after entire North Karnataka and even Uttar Kannada and Dakshin Kannada, I have to travel for evidence Lok Adalat etc.
Extremely cost centric organisation, no ethics, integrity or moral will be considered when it comes to money. men dominated work culture, women are abused on floor, profanity is not spared for anyone anywhere. fixed in time but no out time is fixed at all levels. no job security at all....extremely biased work culture. Bad customer service.
I spend more than 6 years in company and found that it is full of uncertainty however initial management was excellent who established the brand and company on insurance horizon.
The bad thing is that senour management gets change quickly and whole team get washed..
